I partner with foundations and leadership programs as a Coach in Residence, embedding structured coaching into capacity-building initiatives that support leaders and fellows. This model integrates directly into the life of a program rather than operating as a standalone service.

Engagements support leaders as they navigate responsibility, complexity, and consequential people decisions within real organizational contexts. The focus is on creating space for leaders to slow down, examine impact, and make deliberate choices that balance care for individuals with responsibility to the institution.
